Changelog

Every shipped update. In reverse-chronological order.

The single source of truth for what's live in the reviewer loop today.

Each entry below is dated, tied to a named product surface — escalation inbox, reviewer feed, presets, billing, digest, or one of the public marketing pages — and links back to the route a visitor or operator reaches to interact with it.

WHO WE'VE BEEN SHIPPING FOR

Solo operators running the doer alone. Here are the surfaces they've been asking for.

Every entry below maps to a route in the reviewer loop or one of the public marketing pages — and every entry is reachable from a click on the home page, the footer, or the dashboard.

  1. AUG 26OPERATOR LOOP

Reviewer escalation timeout now routes every pause to the operator inbox.

Every reviewer-held action now lands in the escalation inbox with a per-action difference and a one-click approve/hold. The loop pauses the moment a tone, consent, or rate-limit flag trips — the operator decides, the doer follows.

  2. AUG 24OPERATOR LOOP

Reviewer feed is now reverse-chronological and filterable by integration and severity.

A new `/dashboard/reviewer-feed` route surfaces every action the reviewer logged, ordered with the most recent on top. Filter chips limit the view to a single connector or to high-severity holds so the operator can replay the difference that mattered.

  3. AUG 22OPERATOR LOOP

    New

Escalation presets ship so the reviewer routes new holds before they reach the inbox.

Operators can now save rule-sets that tell the reviewer how to route new escalations — by integration, severity, or sent-time window. Saved presets apply automatically to the next hold, so the inbox only opens for actions that still need a call.

  4. AUG 20OPERATOR DASHBOARDS

Billing tier controls ship inside the reviewer loop — upgrade without leaving the day.

A new `/dashboard/settings/billing` surface lets operators add or switch tiers as verified-output volume grows. Tier changes unlock the automation ceiling and unlock the digest cadence on the morning after the upgrade.

  5. AUG 19OPERATOR DASHBOARDS

    New

    Morning-digest cadence lands in `/dashboard/settings/notifications`.

Operators now pick a per-day morning digest instead of receiving every reviewer-held event inline. The digest ships a single summary into the inbox by 8am local — and the loop still pauses holds in real time, so nothing slips past a missed click.

  6. AUG 18OPERATOR LOOP

Reviewer feed adds CSV export for the past 30 days of logged actions.

Every reviewer action is now exportable as CSV from the feed: who, what, when, severity, and the linked difference. Operators use the export to replay an event back into their own CRM / CRM-of-record without leaving the reviewer loop.

  7. AUG 15OPERATOR DASHBOARDS

Reviewer feed gets sparklines for holds-per-day across the last 14 days.

The feed now renders a small 14-day sparkline above the log so an operator can see if holds are trending up, flat, or down before drilling into a single event. The shape renders from the same data plane the loop already uses — no new fetch, no new route.

  8. AUG 13MARKETING SURFACES

/pricing ships three tiers — Solo, Studio, and Crew — that map to the reviewer loop.

A new marketing surface at `/pricing` lays out the three operator tiers and the volume each tier unlocks. The pricing page keeps every comparison detail in a single view, and the checkout pushes through the company Stripe Connect account.

  9. AUG 12MARKETING SURFACES

/faq lands with the five objections solo operators raise to escalation review.

A short marketing surface at `/faq` answers the five most-asked reviewer-loop objections — auto-approve, latency, wrong flags, tool fit, and third-party trust — in grounded, surface-linked answers that point back to the doer side that decides each one.

  10. AUG 11MARKETING SURFACES

/contact becomes the quiet line to the operator loop — same inbox the escalation timeout routes to.

A `/contact` route ships with a 3-field form that POSTs into the same inbox the reviewer escalations land in. Every message is read by a person, not a bot, and the form lands straight in the operator's nightly triage.

  11. AUG 08MARKETING SURFACES

/tasks goes live with the four core operator tasks in the reviewer loop.

A new `/tasks` marketing surface spells out the four tasks operators reach for every day — open the escalation inbox, set a preset, search the reviewer feed, and add a billing tier — each wired to the dashboard route that runs it.

Every entry above is wired to a route on the marketing surface or the operator dashboard. The three-tier plan lays out what unlocks at each volume step, and the reviewer loop keeps running across all of them.
